Detailed Devil

Well wasn’t exactly what the doctor ordered but doing my darnest. Its not black and white to be completely honest. “Honey, how was your day?” Ha loaded question, good sounds ab0ut right. Dempsi made it to school on time with out delay. Captain Jeff delivered her and her friends to play. And Will and Drew hit the moms group, to giggle and wiggle and run the loop. Will happened to make a run, worried mothers for a son. Then off to pick up D, she is always so happy to see, her little brothers Drew and Will such excitement so much thrill. But could you imagine if Will was actually lost, heart so broken completely lost. Time stood still with that simple thought and my heart felt and hurt a lot. These little people are so precious, reminders to love all the mess.

“Watching cars go by”

His spot

Lil man likes to wave

To all the cars passing by

He throws his hands up

Hollers “hello” and “hi”

He wishes he was big

Like sissy and big Bo

Stuck at home with mom

Blowing kisses when they go

Soon you’ll be big Mr. Baker

Take your time grow slow

For now enjoy the cars passing

Flowers friends and and new info

Your strong and sweet fun and neat

Smile contagious tears outrageous

Not last but the latest little homie

Beautiful baby boy handsome lil G.

Letters to mom🦋

“Isn’t he just a gem 💎”

~Grandma Virginia

Uncle Jerry hits his breaking point and can only do so much. Flashback to when you were in the hospital and Coby in Jerry’s position. Once you passed away he couldn’t leave your side and just knelt, head in your lap ultimate praise, hands on yours holding on.

The “failure to 🚀” tradition in our family nips hard in times like these. Appreciation for ones mother as she shouts “sure” to seconds on chicken noodle enthusiasm creeping. Patient and demanding as she whimpers for another good back scratching wondering if it’s night or day.

“Your here so early” she exclaims at 7:20PM. We speak of preschool and she expresses “that’s nice” the bus meets you at Kohl’s. Understanding nonchalant talks a becoming harder to come by. A glimpse of the maturity hits me upside the dome.

A conversation of ours that brushed on working with all men in the 1930’s popped into my brain. One of her responses was unforgettable. “Grandma what did you do if a man made a pass at you when women had no rights?” You can never love a dead fish🐠” ~Grandma Virginia

Prayers for sleep for your mom🙏

💕Letter to Mom💕

Grandma is trying her very best,

To pass the very simple test

We’re all born to live and die,

Love and give thanks, pray and cry.

The day comes, given your all

Jerry’s crying feeling so small.

Losing mom no matter age,

Blisters the soul turns the page.

For moms hold such a special place,

Developing an entire race.

Nurturing and holding close,

Everyone they love the most.

Grandma is my greatest thanks,

She gave us you and lots of spanks.

And scolds, manners religion too,

All just to name a few.

Her favorites are called reflection,

To put us all in a new direction.

She has experience to say the least,

Nearly beating up that beast.

We all know we’re going to be fine.

Just look up she’ll be the sunshine.

It’s ok to be tired
